To get nutrition is not to fight against the food, which you like. You can be your own nutritionists and enjoy the happiness brought by the health food. The ideal thing is getting the nutrition and health with enjoying the happiness gained from delicious food.
To get nutrition does not mean being vegetarians. Eating vegetable can get a lot of nutrition, but other nutrition will have no chance to get into your body, such as, vitamin B12. What’s more, eating vegetable only can lead to all kinds of diseases because of being lack of the animal fat.
To be thin is not equal to be healthy.
Obesity will cause a lot of diseases, but if you are skinny, you will be unhealthy. The thinner the better is the common saying in office. Actually, to be thin can lead to all kinds of related diseases. And it also will cause the diseases of the heart. We should keep our weight during a proper level, our heart will be very healthy and we can live better.
To be healthy is not about the time.
We should not choose a day to eat healthy food. We cannot tell ourselves that we can eat the healthy food the next time and then continue to eat junk food, such as, fried food. If you want to be healthy, you have to persist on eating healthy food in your daily life.
Having a meal is equal to nutrition supplement.
The nutrition supplement cannot be eaten causally. When we have a work trip, we will take the nutrition supplement with us. Nutritionists told us that if you have a healthy lifestyle in eating, you will not need to eat nutrition supplement often.
